This work opens intentionally.

Returning to Love is not always available, by design.

Returning to Love is a clinically guided nervous system capacity experience for women who want to stay present in love without leaving themselves.

This is not an on-demand program.

It opens when conditions are right - for the work, the group, and your nervous system.

This work isn’t meant to be entered impulsively.

The women who benefit most are not looking for a quick fix, they’re ready for a paced, contained, relational process that changes how their body experiences closeness.

For that reason:

  • Enrollment opens only a few times per year

  • Group size is intentionally small

  • Timing and readiness matter

Joining the waitlist does not commit you to anything.

It means:

  • You’ll be the first to know when Returning to Love opens

  • You’ll receive orientation content to help you assess fit

  • You’ll be invited to apply when (and only if) the container is opening

There will never be any pressure or urgency. Our bodies don't work that way.

Just a clear signal of interest.

The waitlist is for women who:

  • Are successful, capable, and self-aware

  • Love their partner but feel guarded or distant in their body

  • Are tired of managing closeness instead of inhabiting it

  • Want nervous system change, not more insight

I’m Carrie Cohen, a licensed clinical psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience working with women and couples around intimacy, stress, and nervous system capacity.

I help women whose lives look steady on the outside, but whose bodies have learned to brace, manage, or pull away inside closeness. My work is grounded in a simple clinical truth: when the nervous system doesn’t feel safe, presence isn’t possible — no matter how much insight you have.

Returning to Love was created for women who don’t want to leave their relationships, but are done leaving themselves inside them. This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about restoring access to yourself, your body, and the parts of you that learned to go quiet in order to stay connected.

Join the Returning to Love Waitlist - Be notified when applications open and receive orientation materials.

You don’t need to decide anything today.

If this work has been quietly staying with you, the waitlist is simply a way to stay oriented, without forcing timing.
